Return Policy
We hope it will never come to this, but we understand sometimes you just have to say goodbye. Most new items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund, minus the return shipping costs. The item must be undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached within 14 days of the notification that the item will be returned. To start a return, please contact us at customerservice@seamlessgrace.com. You'll receive a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions, including the RA number to include with your return. Please notify us if your item(s) was damaged or defective within 5 days of the item being received so that we can rectify it with the supplier.
